Artist FAQs
-
For your first release, we ask you to upload 1–3 works. This allows us to prepare a curated launch drop and introduce your practice to collectors.
Ideally:
One unique work
Two limited edition work
More works are of course welcome. However, we may reserve additional works for future drops to sustain collector interest and create anticipation around your practice. Works do not need to be newly created for AWN but they must not be available for purchase elsewhere or currently streamed on another platform.
-
To ensure fairness and clarity for collectors, all artworks listed on
Art Wow Now must match the prices you’ve set on other platforms (such as Sedition).Artists set their own prices at the time of upload. You’ll decide:
The price per edition, and
The edition size (how many copies will be available).
If you’d like to set different pricing on AWN, the works must first be removed from those platforms. This protects both your market value and collector confidence.
-
We recommend keeping edition sizes intentionally small to preserve value and exclusivity. For limited editions, 7- 50 copies is a strong range that balances accessibility for collectors with long-term market value. Edition numbers will be confirmed with AWN to ensure consistency across the collection and alignment with your career trajectory.

A limited edition is a fixed number of copies of a Moving-Image artwork released by you, the artist. Once sold out, the edition is closed. This preserves the rarity and value of your work.
